We regard the purchase of our services as final. Because we operate in the service industry and do not sell physical products, we do not have a standard refund policy.
All services are paid directly to third‑party providers and the IT service industry relies on continuous payments. Once assistance has been allocated to a customer and work has begun, it cannot be reversed.
In summary, there is no refund applicable to any of our services. A payment once made will not be returned. You may, however, cancel the product or apply for cancellation of any service purchased prior to its completion.
